Diagnostic Assessment (nonmedical)

A licensed mental health professional works directly with the child and/or family to gather the necessary information to determine appropriate treatment based on the presenting problem, current mental status, and the diagnostic impression. This service allows our staff to create a treatment plan that meets the needs of the client/family.

Individual Counseling

Clients work one-on-one with a licensed mental health clinician in a safe, caring, and confidential setting.

Family Counseling

Our clinicians will work with the client along with other family members or caregivers in a safe, caring, and confidential setting to work towards increasing functionality within the family unit.

Marriage/Couples Therapy

Clients work with a licensed therapist to help recognize and resolve conflict and make thoughtful decisions about rebuilding and strengthening the family unit.

Group Therapy

This service includes a small group of clients who will meet regularly to discuss a specific topic that will relate to everyone in the group. Groups are supervised by a licensed clinician and conducted in a safe and comfortable environment.

Parental Coaching

FACTS offers both private and group parenting coaching. Parents meet with an individual or team of mental health professionals (led by a licensed therapist) to learn techniques and philosophies to aid with raising children with a mental/behavioral health diagnosis.
